Lumachella - Savory Bread
Speciality Italian bread found locally in the town of Orvieto, Italy. Savory, baked with imported Italian flour from Naples, they are stuffed with pancetta, black pepper, pecorino, parmesan, and olive oil. These rolls are shaped in the fashion of a snail, or "lumaca", and pair perfectly with wine, cured meats, and cheeses. They're also delicious on their own! Baked to order. Please specify amount.

Umbrichelli is a hand rolled pasta that comes from my hometown Orvieto. It's a pasta that is made with water and semolina flour imported from Italy. The process is entirely handmade and requires a long preparation time. It needs to be ordered 2-3 days in advance.
